Careers sites run by HR, not developers

Your jobs,
findable.

JobFindable turns the job board you already use into a careers site that Google, Bing and AI assistants can actually read — and that your team can run themselves.

Monthly, in euros. Only live jobs count. Cancel any time — your site stays up until the period you paid for ends.

An AI assistant answering “who's hiring for this?”

Your company is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Lisbon — hybrid, €55,000–€70,000, apply directly on their careers site.

Illustration of how a role can appear once it's marked up for search — not a screenshot of a live result.

Your careers page is usually the least findable page your company owns.

Most companies post roles into a recruitment system and let its generic careers page speak for them. It isn't built for search, so candidates never see it.

So you pay for job ads again and again — and the applicants who found you on their own, for free, never get counted or credited.

Fixing it used to mean a developer, a design agency and a month of emails. JobFindable is the version an HR team can run on their own.

What you get

  • Formatted for Google's job results

Every role carries the structured marking Google reads, so it can appear in the job panel with your logo, salary and location — the same treatment a €2,000 agency build buys.

  • Readable by AI assistants

A clean, server-rendered page plus an llms.txt file, so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can quote your actual openings instead of guessing from a job-board snippet.

  • Closed roles never break

When a job closes it stays on a permanent page saying you're not hiring for it right now — no dead links in your posts, your newsletter or Google's index.

  • Your branding, not a template's

Upload your logo, pick your colours and fonts, write your culture, benefits and FAQs. All of it in a screen your team can use — no developer, no ticket.

  • Results you can actually read

See visits, apply clicks and reads by AI tools, where applicants came from, and an estimate of the job-ad spend those free applicants saved you.

  • Your own address

Point careers.yourcompany.com — or your own domain — at your site. We issue the security certificate and you keep the same page structure Google already indexed.

How it works

  1. Connect your recruitment system

Pick the system you already use and type your account name. Your live roles, salary ranges and locations appear within a minute.

  2. Add your logo, colours and words

Upload your logo, choose your colours and fonts, then fill in culture, benefits and FAQs from a form. Nothing here needs a developer.

  3. Point your domain at it

Add one line at your domain provider. We handle the certificate, the sitemap and keeping every job page current as roles open and close.

Works with the talent tools you already pay for

Questions HR teams ask

Do we need a developer to set this up?
No. You connect your recruitment system, upload your logo, choose your colours and write your culture, benefits and FAQ text in a settings screen. Most teams finish in an afternoon.
Which recruitment systems does it work with?
Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Workable and Ashby connect directly to their public job feed. Workday and SAP SuccessFactors don't publish a simple public feed, so those come in through a paste-your-feed option.
What happens to a job when we close it?
It stops appearing in your job list and in the sitemap, but the page it had stays live with a short note that you're not hiring for that role right now. Links you've already shared keep working, and you keep the search ranking the page earned.
How is the monthly price worked out?
By how many live, open roles you have. Closed or filled roles disappear from your feed automatically, so they never count towards your bill. Change tiers whenever you like — upgrades take effect immediately and are charged fairly for the part-month.
Can we use our own domain and keep our branding?
Yes. Your careers site runs on your own address, with your logo, colours and fonts. It looks like your company, not like a job board.
How do we know whether it's working?
Your results screen shows visits, apply clicks, reads by AI tools and where applicants came from. For a harder number, connect your site to Google Search Console — free — and watch the job-postings report grow week by week.
